In 1900, our grandfather, together with our father and his brothers, began the cultivation of vines first and olive trees later, passing on the passion and passing on the experience that made that business, in 2013, become the Agricola Iblea Oro Verde di Sicilia company.
The olives produced are consumed both as table olives, in brine and au naturel, and for the production of our oil, resulting in a superior quality extra virgin olive oil, rich in polyphenols and antioxidants.
Over the years, part of the cultivation has been transformed into tomato plantations from which we obtain extracts, sauce, dried tomatoes and dried seeds
TODAY
We decided to expand the cultivable area by purchasing 15 hectares of land used in the cultivation of about 4,000 olive trees of the Nocellara Etnea variety.
The work cycle used ranges from growing and harvesting the fruit, to bottling and reusing the waste (used as fertilizer) allowing us to respect the environment.
Tomorrow.
Today we are thinking about improving for tomorrow, working to offer a unique product: an all-organic extra virgin oil!
